Lots of transmission noise... Pilot Bearing? (VIDEO)

The trans on my RX-7 has been making this noise since I bought the thing, and I have no idea what it is. Someone in this thread (specifically post four) explained a noise similar to a helicopter which I feel is fairly accurate. Is it the pilot bearing, or is it something else? I flushed the trans and put new Redline MT-90 in it about 2000 miles ago.

transmission bearings. the pilot bearing only spins when your foot is on the clutch, and the transmission is in gear, with the car stopped.

Throwout bearing? Doesn't sound too bad.

If it is the throwout bearing, shouldn't the clutch feel odd? Although since I bought it this way I wouldn't know what the proper feel is.

If it is the other bearings can those be replaced? I've got an S4 parts car with a NA 13b and trans that will go into this car, though I contemplated keeping my trans because I believe it has shorter ratios.

Yes, you engage the throwout bearing when you push the clutch in. This "engages" the clutch and disconnects the transmission fron the engine.

You have noise when you release the clutch pedal and disengage the clutch, spinning the transmission internals once again. I'd suspect the front imput shaft bearing.

Regardless, it seems you are going to have to yank the tranny and replace a few things to fix the issue.
