light issue

i dont know how this happened but it is really ticking me off :wallbash:
whenever i use a turn signal only the front driver side turn signal
blinks but it blinks very fast and all the other turn signals dont work,
neither do the brake lighyts, idk about the reverse lights but the headlights work and pop up and down but take forever to come back down.

its a 1985 FB

Do all the lights work when you're not using the turn signal?

no they dont the only ones that work are the headlights

Check the fuses and all your bulbs then, Most likely what has happened is that a short has caused your bulbs to burn out and due to the way our flasher's work, it is causing your faster flashing.

Usually when a bulb "blinks fast", you're missing one or more bulbs.

Check your fuses.
Turn on parking lights and check to make sure all bulbs are on.
If all seems well, hit your brakes. Have someone stand behind you to see if they work.
Turn on your 4-ways. Walk around the car and check to make sure they are all flashing.

Should fix the problem for you.

but when i went to check again i found out that housing to the
bulb itself corroded off losing the bulb so now i need a new
housing unit i guess thats what it is called but yeah anyone
