KYB shocks

I've heard good things about the tokiko shocks, but not much about KYB's. There's a few sets of KYB GR-2 shocks for the first gen on ebay and was wondering if these are a comparible product to tokiko?

I'm not looking for adjustibility, but some improved performance with some racing beat springs. Would these be appropirate shocks?

just get tokico, they are only about 60 bucks more for the whole set on ebay...

KYB are good for the money but don't last long if your car is heavily lowered. My last set of fronts were fucked in under 10,000km

on my friend's old 323 GTX he had the KYB Gymkhana's (I know that's not spelled correctly) they were jdm and very stiff...aside from those it seems the Tokicos are a step up from the KYB's sold here GR2/Gas a just
I've always had Tokicos on my cars and have been satisifed..didn't have any fail
and 3 of those cars saw auto-x duty
