Guru makes tension studs and 3rd members. I've never heard of them making 3 and 4 rotor shafts.
http://www.autotechmotorsports.com/index.htm is a joke. Call them up and ask how far they are from a complete 3 or 4 rotor shaft. Just do it.
If you're going with an autotech shaft, you'll be waiting 'til the cows come home to roost.
The best source from which to purchase a shaft and all the other goodies necessary is Jeff Bruce. Don't waste his time. If you're serious he'll take the time to send you a text file containing his standard fees and parts list.
Or if you don't want to wait for an email, which can take a while I've noticed, just read about it here near the bottom of this page. Scroll down a little. http://cp_www.tripod.com/rotary/pg03.htm#aftermarket

Plus, it seems like there are still in the R&D stages and not completely ready for primetime. Just thought i would ask if anyone else has some experience with them (good, bad, or ugly).
They've had several years. Seems to me if they were serious they'd have brought it to market already. Meanwhile all of their potential customers are going to Jeff Bruce.
