Just traded my FC for an FB... *waves "Hi", asks questions*
You'll need the heater core and the ac coils only weigh about 5 lbs, hardly worth the trouble of removing (though not as bad as an FC, I'm sure) espcially if you might either (A) put the AC back in yourself or (B) sell the car later on to someone who wants AC.
Welcome to the FB world, a much better and brighter place (talking about the driver's of course, the cars trend toward those dark early 80's colors - tornado silver, brown, etc). What color is yours and where are the pics?

Ok, not worth messing with, then.
The car is currently bright yellow, and I haven't managed to get pics yet - I was working through the daylight hours yesterday, and today it's pouring down rain. :-/

2. Get rid of the cheap exhaust bits (presilencer and pacesetter), they'll get eaten up by the heat anyway, and get the RB exhaust setup from the header back. It should sound and flow better with it.
3. Weekend, especially if they are being stubborn to remove. You may even have to get them pressed out.

The main cause of the "buzzy" sound is the thin walled tubing installed by exhaust shops. The RB tubing is much thicker. Getting the presilencer should help though.
The rear bushings: As long as you can get the bolts out, everything else is fairly easy. Getting the bushings out can be a nightmare, but Man in Black showed me a very easy way to do this. Just throw them into a bon fire. I tried a propane torch first, but got nowhere.

*nods* I'm looking at getting the full Racing Beat system. I've got the header, I can get the presilencer cheap, and the muffler/catback assembly isn't bad at all. I had a nearly-full Racing Beat system on my FC (everything but the exhaust manifold was RB), and it was really nice. Quiet on the highway, but when you got on it, there was definitely a rotary waiting in the wings to be heard.

Ok. I'll have to read up on that. Fuel economy isn't a primary concern here. :-) I'd like non-awful fuel economy on the highway, but if I can gain some autocross/etc performance, I'm all for that. Especially cheap.

Mech secondaries are cool. Puts you in charge of when the secondaries open, rather than trusting the job to a stubid vacuum diaphram. You'll just need to learn not to open them until the rpms are up, otherwise she'll bog. You'll be able to feel when they begin to open, by the increased spring tension in the gas pedal. Slick!
