just curious ....
are there any 1st gen drifter's here? if so what sus set up are u running?
i plan on drifting mine when it comes together but other than that i haven't found anyone that does

i used to; didn't like the idea of repairing it more than modifying it. :( well; more than i already have to hahhaahha. but, the car will get it's ass end out very easily. no problem on that, but you really need to get some more power to maintain the apex's and have more control. get an adjustable camber kit up front because these 1st gens like to push alot. umm other than that, i say it's not worth it. our cars were made to handle, not drift. :D
power's not really a problem....im looking more along the line's of suspension because if the twin cam corolla's can do it with lil power y not a 1st gen right LOL....and this is just going 2 b a weekend thing not like a pro thing and it's going 2 b in big area's i'll b sure and not hurt it i luv my 1st gen last thing i wanna do is destroy it

those carollas are making over 200rwhp still tho, and pushing 9k rpms. suspension tho, call up TEIN; they will custom make you a setup or you can go all Ground Control. they have the camber/caster plates and some high ass spring rates.
start off with a lsd rear end. that helps alot. then i would spend some money on the springs and the front struts. or, just drift it like it is. i do. except i have a lsd.
