Buy an aftermarket gauge and tap the banjo bolt on the oil cooler line on the rear housing.

After all the hard work sanding and painting the engine bay, why not paint the irons?

Not sure on the difference in the plugs, but FB ones fit fine. The SA coils are 9 volt, iirc, FBs are 12v.

The thread pitch should be the same all the way to 91. I use second gen plugs in my FB.

A buddy of mine has a '79 with the original engine, but it has been converted to the 81-85 ignition. When he bought it, it had the 79 plugs still in it. He replaced them with plugs for the later models, and they fit fine. Only differences I could see, was the early plugs only had 3 side electrodes, and were a different heat range. He swore the car runs better with the later style plugs.

Chris;
I have a extra Rear Oil Line setup if you want to do the WackyRacers HookUp.
Free of Course. Let me know and I'll drop it by for ya.
I also have an extra Oil Pressure Sensor if you want to Tap into the Rear Housing.
But i'm sure you have one of those from one of the other engines.
I can't remeber if the SA Engines Rear Housings where already Tapped.
