I have a question about DLIFIONLKHJDSKNBOISHDGFKJHKWJEHWTFBBQOMG!!
Can somebody do a step-by-step pictoral of how to install the DLIDFIS set-up? You know, kinda like how I do my how-to threads? I've looked, read the descriptions, but I'm far more visual when it comes to that ****. Anybody?
i know of this:

You know the rest.
Sorry, you typed your way into that one.
"whatever you don't gut out a good ignitor" so is there a way of using just two of the cheaper GM ignitors?
Also please label, there aren't many of these parts cars left, and I don't wnat to learn from trial and error.
Thanks

rotarygod, no. If I recall correctly, the J-109 goes high when the 2nd gen ignitor expects its trigger signal to go low. The duty cycle, pulse width and voltages are wrong. It requires a circuit to flip the trigger signal and condition it similar to what an ECU would spit out.
The transistor trick thread is quite long now, but the info you're looking for is probably answered within the first couple pages.
d0ntdreamit, yeah. Hook them up the same way. I don't recall which signal wires from the dizzy (red and green) go to which terminals (W and G) of the GM HEI ignitors. If the timing is off by some 20 degrees or so, try flipping the signal wires and try again. It happened to me once.
