I found out alot of bad news about my SE on carfax

I just found out the car was completely totaled and issued a salvage title in '94, at that point it had 118,000 miles (odometer doesn't work), after '94 there have been 6 owners (including me). I wrecked it over the winter and that panel completely shattered with bondo, so god knows what else lies under the paint. Just a reminder to everyone, ALWAYS carfax a car BEFORE buying it, i don't want to see anyone else make the same mistake i did.

Posting a thread twice will really get my point across, eh?

$1,800 which wasn't bad i guess. The part that pisses me off is my mom had me take it down to the dealership for a computer diagnostics, and without my permission told the dealership to fix everything they came up with as wrong. $2,800 of wasted money. I mention wanting to buy a new car and wanting to get rid of the one i have and she'll always bring up all the money she put into it, and i'll bitch at her for wasting the money without having my permission first. If the dealership didn't go out of business i could have probably sued them for doing that without my written permission (the car is in my name). Sorry, i needed to rant.

CarFax'll give you like $5000 for that... I think... Check into it... My car comes out clean, and I'm the one that wrecked it...

I'm gonna save the police report, and after I rebuild it, get the cash outta carfax.

You can use Autocheck. I've been using it for a month now since I am looking for a Turbo MR2.

Peace-
