ya, I know how you feel. I cannot find bell bottom pants, flowery polyester shirts, nor new ABBA releases. I mean chicks now days don't pile on huge amounts of slutty make up. There use to be Jerry Ford, and WIN (whip inflation now buttons), and Jimmy Carter (won't light up the white house x mas tree), and Ronald Reagan (make my day, you can run but you cannot hide, and Grenada).

And remember those car bras<?> that went on the fronts of cars? for some reason. CB radios too.

I'm really hoping with the cars getting smaller and smaller today that they'll once again start making RWL 13" tires...

Only one's I've found were on eBay and were really old never sold or installed. New, but 10+ years old. Prolly found in a back room somewhere under a pile of bell bottom pants, polyester shirts and ABBA records!

RWL Tires

I've had my 79 since new. After it's first set of tires wore out I replaced them with BFG Radial TAs. Soooooooo Cool. I'm restoring the car purely for nostalgia. I'd love to put on another set of TAs but they've gone the way of the Dodo bird which I think is ridiculous. If you can buy Lava Lamps, Topsiders and shirts with little aligators on them you should be able to buy 13" RWL Radial TAs.

Coker used to sell a Cooper RWL but stopped about 2 years ago just before I started looking for such a tire. If you come across some RWLs please let me know.

Herb

EDIT: as clarification, I've found 14" whiteletters, not 13". So if you've got a 5-letter (-SE) you're set! isnt that always how it goes

Or what I'm doing is you can get any tire you want and use this:
Dupli-Color HT100 White Hot Tire Paint Pin Dupli-Color HT100 White Hot Tire Paint Pin
