how much time to rebuild???

Lost my engine tonight, 150km's and then sound of destruction and no power at all!!!!!! Drove a long long time to get back Home butt it did make it!!!

The rex is my daily driver

My Q is

How quickly can a egine swap be made, New block same add ons
