easy as pie!!! all you really need is a 14mm and 10mm for the shifter

and yeah you can swap a s4 and s5 tranny into it. I have a S4 NA tranny in mine right now. All you have to do is swap the tailshafts. Do a search on it. Theres a butt load of info on exactly how to get it done. good luck!
