How fast can one get a 13b 6 port?
What is the fastest that one can get a 13b 6 port out of a GSL-SE to go?
I'm talking, mods that dont require you to completely modify every aspect of the engine. I'm talking porting, bolt ons, flywheels, dif rotors.. What all can be done and how fast will it make it? |

This is from my personal experience with my previous SE. By the way, not everybody knows how to properly port a 6-port. If they tell you "it can't be done," or "it's not worth it," or "Better switch to a 4 port." - Then look elsewhere for a Tuner. Those guys are in the dark ages. |
Awesome. Thats exactly what i'm gign to be running.
Thanks man! |

 damn that sucker was GONE!!!! ok maybe i should have made myself clearer becouse that was a freakin monster, what can i get out of say a 12a streetport, good carb and a good exhaust? of course the regular stuff like fuel pump, ignition stuff etc.... what can my times be? thanks in advance
p.s. no turbo for me well atleast not yet i wanna see what i can do with a 12a first then graduate to cosmo like the other fellaz |
Yeah, i'll eventually do a cosmo.
But i just wanna get hte max outa my stock engine first. I'm thinking pineapple racing rebuild, large street port, stage 3 upgraded oil system (new everything), upgraded fuel system components, light flywheel, racing clutch, pineapple sleeves (and cufflinks, haha a joke) Peace Geoff |
A rotary will go as fast as you can spend your money.
First specify your budget $3000, $5000, $8000, $10,000 as you head for a 9 second 1/4 mile. But remember the cost goes up geometrically with performance, while engine life goes down geometrically with performance. |
