How do I post Pics here
 

I've tried but always get the error pics are to big. How do i make them smaller.

I run into the same problem. There must be an easy way of posting digital photographs.

If I want to post them directly into the thread, I usually use IrfanView (freeware) to resize it until it's < 100k. You can also put it on your website, then point to it using:

[img]<image location on the web>[/img]

If you have the pic on your computer and want to shrink it:
-left-click on the pic,
-right click on EDIT,
-right click on IMAGE, then
-right click on STRETCH/SKEW, then make the pic's percentage smaller(use "stretch", not "skew").
I like to shrink-down pics this way because they don't lose any quality like they do when I resize 'em with Photoshop. :)
