Help fuel problems? Nikki carb problems??

I have 1983 rx7 just rebuilt the carb got it running but some reason one of the ventrili's is not putting out enough fuel while the other is??? If I can get help it would be much appreciated!!! Been on this problem for two weeks now!!!

Moved out of New Tech so this guy can get Expert opinion from the 1st Gen guys.
