headlight problems

ok i know this is probably a repost but i try searching and i get about 5 pages of things i dont have the attention span for, my basic problem is just my headlights wont come up, they're not turning on but all other lights are turning on like the markers and rear lights, its probably a fuse but i just need to know where that is if someone can help, thanks.

Check the fuse links under the hood. There's 3 wires in a redish color box, at the end of the smaller wire on the + battery cable. One is main power, one is headlights, and the other is the headlight motors.

i've checked those and they are all fine.

did you have a look at the fuse box on the drivers side under the dash?

Well which one is it? Are the headlights not opening up, or are they opeing up but not coming on?

both

i also tried the knob on the motor for moving the lights up and after twisting a little it'll move up and back down so its not like the motors are jamed.
