Gurus and gods *differential/driveshaft question* Electrical also
 

*Now i know somewhere down the line they changed over the rear end from a square driveshaft mount pattern, to a rectangular bolt pattern. Well il be darned if i didnt get my transmission from a gsl (disc brakes) and now i have a driveshaft that doesnt fit onto my rear end. yet it is still the correct length, due to the different style of ujoint, i could not swap the yolks either, so ive come down to a different solution, can i swap the mount over? I know where there is a rear end, but i can not have the rear end itself, but i can have the mount if i want it. Now does it fit? Im sure one of you guru's must know.

*Also, just wondering, does the manual electrical harness just swap right in, or is hacking envolved. If im not mistaken, the auto harness is a 4 plug and the manual is a 6, yet only 5 wires are used.

Found my answer in a different post. SUPRISINGLY the search actually helped me this time.

AS for the electrical question, i think i have figured it out. Thanks anyways.
