Good luck in finding that size in the speed rating (VR)indicated. I have searched with no success. I will have to go down to an H rating as I will not unnecessarily change rims or give up my rare and unique waffle pattern rims. The Michelin XGT Pilot H looks to be one of the few tires even in H that look decent. I have had too many problems w/ Badyear tires. The Michelin MXV ll s were better that the original Pirellis in my opinion.

I got sumitomo HTR 200's from tire rack. A very good tire IMO and the price is good too. They stick well and are not very noisey.

I would look at the Falken Azens in the 14". Cheap, sticky, and last.

I don't think Falken makes the Azenis in 14inches, not 205/60 14 anyways.

The AVS ES100 radial is Yokohama’s Ultra High Performance Summer tire designed to deliver ultra high performance looks and handling to the drivers of sports cars, coupes and sedans. The AVS in the AVS ES100 radial's name identifies that this tire is a member of Yokohama's Advanced Vehicle System flagship family of performance tires.

On the outside, the AVS ES100 features a high-tech silica tread compound molded into a directional tread design with long tread blocks and a continuous center rib to provide traction, responsive handling, and high-speed stability. Its two, wide circumferential center channels and “high angle” lateral tread grooves effectively pump water to the sides of the tire’s footprint to enhance wet traction and minimize hydroplaning. Internally, the AVS ES100 features twin steel belts reinforced by jointless, wrapped nylon stabilizing the tread area to elevate handling and high-speed capability while minimizing weight. The AVS ES100 radial’s polyester cord body and steel wire-reinforced sidewalls help blend ride quality with lateral stability.

Yokohama AVS ES100 tires feature black letter styling and are available in 60-, 55-, 50-, 45-, 40-, and 35-series; H-, V- or W-speed rated sizes for 14" to 18" wheel diameters.

has anyone tried to put 205/50 r14 on the stock GSL-SE rims? anyone know where you can get the power slot brake rotors, but for the rear set for the GSL-SE? any input would be good...

Falken makes a 195/14 in the Azenis

I would love to have some Yoko. AVS Intermediates. Many people have told me that they are great-were great -as they have been discontinued at least in the SE size. I even called the Discount Tire to see if they had any nationwide and called the company to confirm the discontinuance. Fewer and fewer great tires are available. I like an moderately agressive all season tire. for daily driving.
