Try to replace the Throttle sensor

Before you start throwing parts on any car, do testing. Check the FAQ's on this problem. Once you get thru all the tests then you will have an idea of what to do. And what do you mean that the steering locks? Are you saying that as you are turning it goes into the locked position so you can't steer?

The flooding seems to be ecu related or a sensor going to the ecu.

because what it sounds like it happening once, the temp sensor gets out of "cold" and goes into warm the ecu starts dumping fuel. Throttle sensor doesnt seem likely, obviously not the injectors.

Hook up a fuel pressure change and see what the fuel pressure is doing,.

Lowimpedance is on track. The coolant temp sensor is what i would check first. You can either do a pin test a the ECU for the specified value when the engine is warmed up or do th etest for ohms right at the sensor when the engine is warmed up.

Ok, Thanks For The Ideas, Im Going To Start And Let U Guys Know, And Yes The Steering Wheel Just Locks, Im Guessing A Gear Box.

I'm glad that i'm not a driver that is around you when the steering locks.Sound like ignition lock assembly is bad. But that's only a guess because i have never encountered that problem. When you are stopped and have the key in the ignition turn the wheel back and forth abruptly and see if the column locks. If it does the lock assembly for the ignition is bad.
By the way, i would advise you NOT to drive the car until that problem is resolved.
