Great Photo Set of Konig Rewinds on an FB

This photo shoot from bringatrailer has a great set of photo for an FB with Konig Graphite Rewinds, lots of angles. This makes me want them!

He linked his post on the facebook groups! Beautiful car! Definitely surprised at how much it pulled. These cars seemingly have gone up quite a bit recently.

I was talking to a local guy here, he listed his for sale for $5500. 1983 Rx7 w/ 143,000 kilometers, minor rust bubbles on each fender and a torn drivers seat, but all original. Ended up getting 5k for it. This is in Canada of course but still, i remember I bought my first one for $600 in that condition 17 years ago!

Time flies.

Ya I followed that on BAT, nice car. I was very surprised to see a 'modified' FB get that much interest and go for that $$.

All proper mods, but I am biased.. streetport 12a.. legit carb setup etc.

Yes the Japanese car values are certainly going up. And muscle car prices going down. Makes sense.

Bought one 7 years ago with 76K but needed a clutch for $870.

I Feel prices of working rx7's is justified, non working cars should NOT be expensive, the amount of money you NEED to get them running is the kicker. If you need a simple rebuild you are looking at 2500$-3500$. I have received offers for 10,00$ for my 100k Auto GS . It has no rust , the only dent it had was PDR'd . about 4000$ in work doen to it and another 1000$ in parts ( only because I am stingy and get great deals, if i had paid full price it be closer to 2500$) ., so im already 7500 deep ( paid 2300$ for the car) + my countless hours of labor on it . Also here are pictures of my new rewinds , i got the four for 250$ NEW . + 80$ for the instal and balancing.
