Fuel Problems: Expensive?

Went to the track Sunday morning. Car (1980 GS) drives fine on the freeway. Accelerate for extended periods of time and the car stumbles like you are tapping the gas pedal. Took the fuel line off going into the carburetor and put a measuring cup underneath the line. Turned fuel pump on. My carburetor is getting about 14oz of fuel per minute. That's less than a quarter of what it should be getting, right?. The new fuel pump and filter don't make any improvement because there's either a clog in the fuel lines or a clog in the tank itself. Every left-hand turn at the racetrack starved the carb and killed my time; good thing it was only a practice day.

Replace the fuel lines? Is that expensive?

Filthy fuel tank?

What do you all think?

I too get fuel starvation on the left-hand turns autocrossing. I haven't been able to sort it out, I get a solid 3.5PSI of fuel pressure at the regulator, although I haven't been able to confirm that while driving. It's only on left-handers though.
