I think I finally have the engine and tranny in a good place that I can start focusing on other issues. One of the biggest issues I am having is with the front drivers side tire, it's rubbing against the fender (inside). The passenger side is centered in the opening but the drivers is obviously back to far. What would cause this? I really don't think it has been in any sort of accident, the frame and all the members look to be straight. The doors open and close without pinching the fender. I did add a new fender to the drivers side, I believe it was from a 81, mine is a 84. Any ideas?

Check your tension rods and make sure they are close to the same length. They hold the wheel fore and aft and are used to adjust castor.

They point toward the sides of the radiator from the control arm. Once you get under there you'll see them. Make sure they have rubber bushings and large washers on either side of the bracket that attaches to the chassis.

Also check the pivot bushing on the inside end of the lower control arm. Those press-in rubber bushings can slide in their bores when they wear out, & shift the fore-aft position of the wheel.

can we get a picture of where your control arms and sway bushing endlinks kinda sit?
There is a chance your sway bar somehow slid out of place, or your bushings are out so your car gets tilted.

Sway bars won't affect fore and aft placement of t he wheels. I suspect that one
of the front tension rods is bent or out of place as DD suggested.

Sorry guys, I appreciate all the help but it has been a busy week of work and 8 haven't had the time to really dig into this. I hope to get it sorted this weekend, just in time for the snow.
