Front fender roll job pictures?
 

Just wondering how much you can comfortably roll the front fender. Think I can get the fender out flush with this tire?

I thought rolling was just to turn the lip under to gain 1/2" of clearance. It looks like you need
to use flares installed correctly to get what you want.

I'm no expert, thats just what I was thinking.

I'd be very curious to know if they can be made to fit as well. I think they could be pulled out pretty far, but I may be wrong. I've never done any fender work myself but I need to in my near future so I'm very curious.

Place a yard stick vertically along the top & bottom side wall of the tire and measure the air gap from the tire side wall to the fender. That will tell you how much you need to stretch the fender.

If you are not familiar with working sheetmetal, you will end up creating a lot of work. It may be easier to bolt on a pair of fender flares (just fits over the wheel opening) or a set of flared fiberglass fenders (full fender replacement). Using the fender flares you may also need to cut some fender metal to get the tire clearance you need on suspension compression.

Flattening the inner lip of the fender will help get a little clearance. Using small porta power jack, or small bottle jack with a block of wood will stretch it some. Be careful not to add creases to the metal using the block of wood. And, you will probably crack the paint from stretching the metal. So plan on getting some paint work done.

I decided to send the wheels back and use the FC spares until I can find a better solution. They fit great. Wish I could find an aftermarket 15” “skinny” rim with the same offset as the FC spare. Would make life much easier. Nearest I can tell the FC spare is about 5” wide with a little over 4” of backspacing.

FWIW on my FC I actually pulled my front and rear fenders out a good 1” or so with a heat gun and baseball bat. Couple small cracks in the paint along the fender lip. Touch up paint covered it up pretty well.
