ok, thanks. i might be getting an 84 gsl this weekend and it has an lsd so i was wondering what i could expect. (and yes its gonna stay rotary, actually i kinda want a setup like your old carb one direct)

i would be very suprised if a factory rear end would last anywhere near 400hp with any form of abuse, and lets face it, you dont build a 400hp motor to not thrash it :)

the kiwi cars over hear had something wrong with their origional carrier so had to substitue, and they broke lol badly lol

Razor, I would be owrries if we broke our diff lol

bithin, you break your diff, i want photos and i will the first to congratulate you ;)

what is the diameter of the fb ring gears? 7 inch?

Bitchn7 02-16-06 07:47 PM

if I break it, there wont be much left as I would be so pissed I would probably bash it into smaller peices lol
it whould be all good.

putting an even better diff in my 323 drag car 40 spline gun drilled axels, and full race spec spool etc

the dana 60 is 9.75 inches. i think those are 40 spline.

Exactly my conclusion made at the beginning of page one...the horse is quite dead now...:p:
