Flat Shifting?

HEY Guys,

Whats 'flat shifting'?
I have heard it so many times on different forums. Just curious what it is.

Thanks

I've done it for years, when Drag Racing, of course.
At 7K, shift and surge forward.

It's all in the driver. That's why I used whoop on faster cars with my old SE.

i've tried it a couple times. back when i first got my car; never heard it called flat shifting. lol we used to call it power shifting. if your quick and don't miss a gear it's very very very effective, especially when your boosting! :D

Yeah, i have always heard if reffered to as power shifting, not flat shifting...
