Can I run a P205/70R13 (vice a P185/70R13) on my 85 GSL? Also, is there any benefit to running 14's and can I even do that? Thanks for any insight/help!!! Mike

The "How to use this Site" section of the forum is to find out how to enter the forum, use the board's search function, and other fun things, as well as post questions about using this forum.

For questions about your FB, you should post in the "1st Generation Specific (1979-1985)" section to get best results.

There is also a dedicated section for "Suspension/Wheels/Tires/Brakes" .. which will deal specifically with questions regarding tire/wheel size.

The short answer is that there are not a lot of options for 14-inch tires for our cars. You will find more options for 15-inch tires - presuming you can find 15-inch wheels in the proper bolt pattern and offset for your FB.

TireRack has a pretty good read on Plus Size Wheel and Tire Examples to ensure the proper rolling circumference is maintained.
