Euro Clear Headlights

I'm curious if anyone has used these headlights from Procarparts.com

If so, how'ed you like them? I'm considering trying them, seeing as how they're so cheap, but would like to know if I should think again about buying them etc.

I did search, and found nothing on these specific headlights. I found stuff on Daniel Stern, Victoria British and IPF, but nothing about these.

I don't know exacty what that price is for, one or a set, but I just picked up a set on Ebay for less than $30 shipped. I have them but they haven't been installed yet. I'm mainly interested in the wieght reduction, unless they have less light than regular Halogens I'll be happy.

Here's the link on Ebay:

Read Daniel Stern's info on his site about headlight's. he puts up a pretty compelling argument for his Cibies. Properly wired (see his site again) with 100wt bulbs and you have the best photon-emitters out there for night time cruising. You get what you pay for and as Daniel sez, it the Optics, Stupid. Cheap glass just can't put the light where it is supposed to go, no matter how much wattage you pump thru it...
