Engine Rebuild

I have a friend who was looking for a project to rebuild, and lucky for me I saved him in time and directed him on the path to righteousness, and told him where he could find an old 81 rx7 to fix up. He doens't want to rebuild the engine by himself he wants to send it away I have a couple places in mind but have never gotton a rebuild so I don't know if their legit and do good work. Heres a couple of names I know rotary ressurection, pineapple racing, and this site. www.mazdarx7engines.com/products.html
I don't want to direct him to a bad place and end up with him getting ripped off. Like I said I've never had anyone do a rebuild for me. If you've gotton a rebuild before post here, he wants a complete overhaul from the ground up new wires and hoses and a holly carburated kit. Any help is appreciated.
