Here is mine, ignore the rust on the RB header (why do these things rust so much?).

Damn, mike! :shocking: No fan shroud?

twinkletoes 01-28-08 06:29 PM

^Thats what I said when I saw his engine bay lol. Shroud will help air flow, put it back on

Meh, probably would help cooling i guess, but after the radiator upgrade and the major cooling system overhaul everything is very cool and actually runs cooler than the old setup with the shroud.

Plus,

I switched over to a SA style short radiator so i could mount the FMOC under the rad and my 84-85 FB radiator shroud no longer fits...

So i guess i just havent seen a need yet to find a SA style shroud.

Like i said, it stays ultra cool all the time, so i guess when i get around to it :)

mikewoodkozar 01-28-08 09:21 PM

Nice V-Mount freak, can we get some pics of the hood setup that compliments it?

Here are a few pics of the V-mount, and the hood.

rx-freak 01-28-08 09:46 PM

Apparently those pics didn't turn out well. I will try to dig up some other one's.

rx-freak 01-28-08 10:02 PM

These one's should work better. Keep in mind the hood still needs to be refinished, and painted.
