Energy Suspension bushings?

I recently bought new factory replacement struts and shocks, but got Energy Suspension sway bar bracket bushings, sway bar end links, 4 link bushings, watts link bushings, etc. Just wondering if poly bushings are a good choice.

Isnt it a little late to be asking now? But yes.

Regular rubber bushings twist and can cause a lot of stress on them... thus wearing them down faster and I think it results in a bad feeling suspension.
Poly is suppose to prevent any twists and keeps the joins smooth. Its kind of hard for me to find the words to really explain this better.

^ Yeah

Polyurethane is a harder durometer (more dense) than rubber so it resists the forces put upon it better than rubber, thus letting the actually suspension do it's job better.
