compression check....need help with specs

i only did the front rotor...i did it with a piston compression checker. iturned the key to start 3 times (lets the pressure aout between each check) and they went as followed 60, 60, 40.

anyone wanna translate this for me.

im thinkin this is bad..but because its for pistons its all different (and when i searched it was all...BLAH BLAH BLAH...nothing that helped)

thanks

Brad

sure ya can

yeh ya can drive it, sounds alittle low to me, it shouldn't drop like that in comp though, that's alittle strange, just drive it into the ground and replace. Cuz there isn't much of an easy fix for it

Thats some really low compression. However u cant get an acurate reading with a piston compression checker... the only thing u can do is make sure u have compression in the first place.

Id get an acurate comppression check done on it first.

Just so u know if u have two good sides of the rotor and one bad, the problem is going to be in the side seal. If you have two bad sides of the rotor and one good, u have a apex seal problem.
