Completely lost- Franken Engine

Alright, so we pulled the engine out of my '80 to discover that the engine is truly a 6-port. Now this engine is throwing me for a real hard loop when it comes to the front iron. It has a 12a front iron and I have no idea what alternator I have or if the the pulleys have been messed with in anyway to run a bigger engine.
Under it's current setup I need to be running a dual alternator pulley, but I'm so lost as to what I have in my hands that I don't know if I need to buy a pulley setup for a 12a engine or a 13b.
I took pictures but they are useless so I can grab some tomorrow just say what you need.

Thanks

A couple of pics of the front of the motor would be great, plus alternator, water pump, iron, front cover.

It would help if we know what you're trying to accomplish. Did the motor die and you need to rebuild it? Are you just swapping pulleys? Are you just trying to clean the motor? Trying to get more power? What's your goal in pulling the motor?

3 Attachment(s)
Attached are some pics I took.
It currently on has one belt on the alternator and the air pump has been removed.
The car currently has a Dellarto Carb that I will run for a bit till I can get all the parts for a T2 setup.
So I need a pulley to take care of the carburetor setup.
I don't know if pulley size changes through the years or if the size of the pulley I buy matters at all. Buying and trying different belts isn't a big deal.

Your post is very confusing. Are you wanting to put a dual alternator pulley on? The number on the alternator, A2T23471, cross references to an early rx-7 alt. A first gen dually pulley should fit.

Just so you know, Google is your friend. All I did is take the number from the pic you posted and did a Google search.

Sorry.
This engine and car was half assed to the extreme and it's just driving me up a wall and I'm not really thinking straight due to lack of sleep.
I honestly didn't know how to look up an alternator based on the information on the sticker.
All I need is a dual alternator pulley and I wanted some reassurance on what part to buy.
Thanks

you need this Aluminum Alternator Pulley -Double Sheave for 74-92 Rotary Engines (All) - Racing Beat

the alternator, water pump and pulleys look like they are original to a 1980 car, so its just stock.

Give me a call next time bud, coulda helped y'a with this. ;)

It doesnt have a 12a front iron, it's physically impossible to use that. What I think you're talking about is the front cover. it is a 12a cover on your 13b, it's the only way to get a 13b in without making your own mounts.

This kinda reminds me of my exhaust and engine bay wiring. My 82 gs should have a Cat, but instead has a welded in pipe with a air pump, and my wires going to my coils have been cut and spliced more than a few times... But this is kinda cool even, even if it is a pain in the ass
