coasting valve??

The Haynes manual shows an electrical hook up at the coasting valve. But I don't see one on mine(84 5sp) is there one or not?

not that I know of, it does has a vaccum line going to a solenoid valve that is electrical.

coasting valve went bye bye in 81, it was replaced by an even bigger POS, called the 2nd rotor killer (ooops I mean shutter valve)

Yank the POS :)
