Clutch woes, any ideas?

I have replaced the slave cylinder on the stock clutch, I have bled it through several times but my pedal still goes to the floor and stays there if I push it hard to the floor, I can change gears when moving but the clutch will not comletely disengage, it does hold without slipping so far though. Is this an adjustment issue?

The car did sit for 10 years before I picked it up.

Am I still having a problem with air in the clutch lines or is something else suspect?

Check for more air in the lines and make sure your master cylinder is ok too. Also check the rubber hydralic line coming off the metal line. I had to replace my master and slave cylinders and hydralic hose, before i got my pedal unstuck.

It could be your master cylinder gone bad.

If the car has sat that long, replace both the master and slave. With the car being out of service that long, I'm suprised the brakes work.

Surprisingly all four brake calipers seem to be fine, but I'll be watching them very closely.
