clutch woes
 
well the slave cyl(called release cyl in the manual for some reason) on paalo's car went out, clutch no worky at all and its leakin from it almost as fast as we can pour in fluid. drippin down on the nice new starter too :'(
i know the later trannys parts numbers are different, but we've got an se tranny layin around, you think that one might work? just wondering
gonna pick up a parts car se to part out this weekend, gonna have a nice post for that soon :D

Mazdatrix shows them as different part numbers. I never even looked at my -SE one to see what it looked like.

yeah i noticed that the slaves themselves were different for each tranny but the rebuild kit is universal
not gonna rebuild though
better off getting one that was done by someone who knows their shizzle

Just order the kit. I believe it's under 20 bucks for a new plunger and misc hardware.

yeah but rebuilding cylinders is unreliable compared to the little bit extra to get one done right
