Clutch pdeal adjustment
 
Can i adjust my clutch pedal to make my clutch grab lower. Right now it's grabbing to high for my taste.. I would like it to grip right off the floor.. thanks..

Crawl under the dash, take a 10 and 12 mm wrench with you, loosen the lock nut, turn shaft, tighten nut.

So i will adjust the shaft that goes in the clutch master?

lay on your back on the seat and put your head down under the dash, you'll see the two bolts you have to adjust, one is right on top of the other and they are on the pedal assembly. The haynes manual has a good description with a picture.

If you make it too low, you'll grind when you try to put it in reverse. In my opinion, the worst thing about RX-7's is the pedal/seats/steering wheel postion. You just can't adjust them so they all are comfortable.

Yep, loosen the lock nut and spin the pushrod that goes to the master.
