Cloudy Rear Taillights (Can you refurbish????)

Requesting suggestions on restoring (if possible) tailights that have acquired dust dirt etc. Rendering them dull, lacking in luster :( . Anybody know the best price on OEM replacements (if needed) ;)

I know on mazdatrix they are totally expensive. Mine are the same, one of my lenses was falling off so i ripped it off(gently, glue was old but some was still pretty stuck) i am going to epoxy it in this weekend cause the cheaper glue i got didnt work. If the lenses come off then just clean it all up and glue it together. maybe you could get lucky at a junkyard, or try this place http://www.mazdarecycling.com/invent..._1979-1985.asp

First you need to determine where the cloudiness (sp) is. Is it the outside of the clear lense, or is it inside the unit itself. If it is only on the outside, it can be polished out. If it is inside, then the unit needs to be disassembled and cleaned. This can be done done, but needs to be done very carefully. There are some write-ups on how to do this. Somewhere.

While you have them apart you can tint them black too! So you can only see red when the lights are one (or braking). I wanna do this sometime, it looks really clean.
