Only one barrel is getting sprayed

Sounds like something is clogging the fuel jet on that side.

How do I clean that I current ly have to too of the carb off so you can see ann the brass screws

Do you have compressed air? If so, blow into the top of ther air bleed and/or the booster. It should dislodge the blockage. It worked for me when a grass seed was stuck in a jet.

I'm not sure what any of that stuff is this is my first rotary and first automotive carb rebuild pictures would help and by booster I'm assuming break booster but breaks and air doesn't seem like it should go together

Oh wow, ok the best advice to follow today is read up on carbs. As much as you can until you see the words in the dark. Learn all the names of the parts and then get back to us.
