car was damahed is it fixable or should i pass on the buy?

im looking at another rx7. a tree fell on it while it was sitting. not a very big tree. the only part of the damage im worried about is that is bent where the rear hatch sets on the drivers side. it causes there to be a small space when you shut the hatch which in turn would allow water to enter into the car.

luckily the current owner always uses a car cover so it doesnt form a lake in the spare tire compartment. is this fixable, if so what price am i looking at? thanks.

ps- just realized i wasnt specific enough, the space is between the hatch and the drivers side rear corner place, not the body.

haha speaking of lakes in the rear compartment...I took the hatch window out of my 85 parts car...well okay so I took out all the rear windows and doors and its outside covered in tarps...well it just wind and rainstormed for the last 3 days about 300ml of rain or 30cm...anyway the tarp got blown off the back hatch area and it was filled with water...I guess its a good thing that I got all the interior parts taken out already...oh and its really hard to estimate damage without any pictures...I mean wer can get a rough idea of what your trying to say but like they say " a pictures worth a thousand words".
