Can someone decode vin for me
JM1FB3312F0872831 got this car for for free. Perfect body, perfect paint new tires and trim is in great condition. Interior is original so it’s worn. 115,000 Miles. I know nothing about these vehicles but I heard they are a blast to drive. Won’t start so I’ll have to take it into a shop here in Tucson. Could use a referral for a shop specializing on these cars

Thank you. Yes I saw that online too. After I asked the Forum. I was still confused because after the 33 there is a 12. I was expecting to see a 1 or a 2 only, not 12. So I didn’t know if that ment it was a 12a or a 13b. So this is a 1.3 thank you. Doesn’t start but engine is very clean looking for a 1985 car. I’ll have to take it into a shop find out what’s up. I heard that after about 100,000 mi they need to be rebuilt. Is that true?
