camber plate issues.

we are in the middle of installing a set of camber plates on my friend rob's car.. We've done this before but with a different brand of component..

During this install we installed:
TOkico Illumina's
Racing beat front and reat Sway bars.
RB springs,
And the G-force camber plates... which are giving us trouble..

It looks as though the spherical bushing in the camber plate is too small for the strut top to seat where it belongs..

I have e-mailed Jim @ G-force... and I know he'll take care of this and help... but in the meantime... has anyone else encountered this situation??

IT is weird... and I am scratching my head so I thought I 'd ask for insight from my peers.

strut/camber fit

If you have the standard Tokico Illumina strut, the top of the shaft has to be machined to fit in the camber plate opening.

There is a Tokico strut that fits w/out being modified, which Ground Control refers to as a "Racing 5". Not sure but I think it's the same Tokico application as the rear struts from a Toyota MR2.

good luck!
