camber/offset??

i live in japan and see a lot of crazy things when it comes to cars(im pretty sure you guys can imagine) rims in perticular. there are a lot of small cars and vans that have some amazin rims that you would only see on supras ,skylines ,and FD's 18'' rims. these cars have 13''-15'' rims that have huge lips and that aggressive deep dish look and not to mention a lot of them are front wheel drive.i asked around and a lot of them say they mess with there cambers and have crazy offsets. i keep hearing that series 1-3 rx's are really hard to find rims for because of there lug pattern. im just wondering if since they can have badass rims why cant my series3 SE have some. and if i can how . PLEASE TELL ME !!!!!!
yeah its obvious im new to the game, but this is how you learn . so im going to ask my stupid question.

what is camber and offset and how does it affect your wheel width/ space ect ect.

on the -se the pattern is 4x114.3 with +40mm offset it isnt that odd or hard to find. the 2nd gen 4 lug pattern is the same as the -se, the 5 lug 2nd and 3rd gen are 5x114.3.

the 1st gens that are not gsl-se's are 4x110 with around +25mm offset

if i want a deep dish look with some fender flares what off set should i go with. i want my tires to stick out quite a bit since they will be covered by some 3-4 " flares.

Here is a great way to understand offset.

The less/smaller number offset is going to be a deeper dish, depending on how wide this rim is,you'll figure it out.

Here is a pic of my car with 15"x7" rims with +10 offset.

If you want something really wide you might even have to go into the negative offset range. Theoretically you should be able to fit around a 10" rim at the rear and perhaps 8.5" or 9'' at the front (many racing Rx7's certainly did) I run adaptors to change to 4x114.3 so I can run the 17"s, this is always an option!
