a brake problem, and an exhaust question

first, the brakes-
took it to a cookout yesterday, woke up today to find my fluid reservoir empty, and a puddle of break fluid underneath the car. heres the problem area:

any ideas how to fix it short of replacing it?

now for the exhaust:
the hose here is slowly being burned though by the headers. i have no idea what the hose is or why its touching it, but im sure its not good to have it there.

Brakes: You'll need to replace the Master Cylinder, no way to repair the one you have. Check with www.rockauto.com

Hose: Kind of hard to tell what that is with the extreme zoom. If it is getting burned, then either reroute it or replace it with something that can take the heat. Depending on what hose it actually is, you might be able to remove it altogether as part of the "rat's nest removal" if you don't have emissions testing in your area...

yeah, the idea has been considered, but id like to know whats inside the hose before i go dismantling things. if nobody has a cleared idea of that it is, ill take better pictures tomorrow
