Brake fluid leak

Hi all,
After 3 months of being covered in my garage, I finally got to back to my 79 auto cross car. I found brake fluid had leaked out of the system and puddled on the ground. The master cylinder is new with an old resevoir. I pried the container off and found no leaks. The fluid is Valvoline synthetic. I refilled the container and found a couple weeks later it had again leaked out. I found another container in a junk yard, though it looks no better or worse than the original. Anyone have any suggestions for the source of the leak? Thanks in advance.

It seems you have the answer to your own question. Where it puddled on the ground is where you start to trace the leak. If from the engine bay, start with the brake cylinder. If it is near a wheel well, inspect the caliper/wheel cylinder and soft lines. It might help to having someone pump the bakes causing the fluid to leak from the source making it easier to indentify.
