you can send any complaints to my girlfriend,
she took the majority of the pics,
i had to man the gas pedal, "no choke :D "

she smoked pretty good, still gotta take her on the freeway and get on it,then change the plugs,
glad i did this before my trip to kentucky.

kick ass. i can't wait to get my fuel problem worked out so i can create my own mt st helens. light up another doobie for me man.

V8kilr 04-04-02 12:55 PM

ok just got back from the trip on the e-way,
very very smokey,

here are what i noticed,

more steady idle,
doesnt backfire as much "especially on decel"
fires up quicker
sounds alot more stabil

was it worth it?

was it the best thing i ever did to my engine?
hell no,smack yourself

i live in michigan

we dont have that shit here,
if we did theres no way in hell my car would pass,

it would costs more to make my car pass an emission test then to just go out and buy a new car.:D

I like that wing. I was thinking of getting one of those aluminum wings. I want mine farther back though. Yours looks good though

i picked mine up on ebay for $100.00

what sucks is all the bolts are stainless steel except for the wones that actually hold the wing pieces,
they were black,
now thier rusty brown,
will have to repaint them.

oh yeah you cant go any further back,
the rear bolt holes in the stanchions will not have anything to bolt to:D

here is what i did,

bought two bottles of atf,
it was the cheapest i think it was standard atf,but there was another name for it,
i dont think it was the atf3,
i also dont think it matters,

anyway,
i looked at the time,
it was 7:00 p.m.
i poured in half the bottle evenly into the primary throttle bores,
while hitting the throttle on the car ever so often,
"this is all while the engine is off of course"
then i cranked it a couple time "bout 5-7" to get everythign nice and lubbed
then i poured in the rest while marking the pully position,
then i tapped the key until the mark from top was now on bottom,
let sit for 14hrs
went out cranked about 10-15 times
followed the steps over again until the second bottle is gone,
but now the mark that was on bottom is now on top,
just to make sure all rotor tips soaked as good as i could get them
let sit for about 20 hrs

went out and removed lower spark plugs before anything
cranked about 20-30 times
stopped to let the left over settle
then cranked again 20-30 times
hooked everthing back up,
fired it up
test drive "real hard on freeway"

new plugs:D

that is what i did,
not saying its right, but it worked

WackyRotary 04-04-02 07:40 PM

You should of parked the other direction so the smoke would blow away from the car.... :) smiling and coughing

V8kilr 04-04-02 07:46 PM

tell me about it,
it was making me nautious
but i already started it before i noticed which way the wind was blowing and it was hard enough to keep it running,so moving it really wasnt an option

82transam 04-04-02 08:53 PM

Hehe, in a few of the pics it looks like your doing a big powerbrake burnout. Sweet :D
