APEX Seal problem

My 13b 4 port was sitting for to long and I had to use WD40 on the Apex seals to get 2 of them to spring back(no spring when you press on them, just loose). I got one moving pretty well back to normal, the other is not 100% more like 70% spring pressure. Any ideas on how to get it back to normal?
Thanks for the help.

turn the engine over after letting atf fluid do its thing or another idea might be to purchase one of those steam things that produce steam in a nice fine stream and shoot it at the seal to really break the carbon up thats a good idea i might do that a llight bulb went off and i havent heared of any 1 doing axactly this but i might work really well. purchase one of those steamers fill it with water obviously to make steam but dilute the water with a little bit of MMO or atf which ever your preferance is and after letting motor sit for 24 hours in atf fluid steam each each apex seal until it unseats. i am going to purchase one of those steamers this weekend cuz i have a 12 a that has 3 stuck apex seals and have been trying all sorts of shit. so i will let you all now how it comes out.

Good God man! I've got one word for you, PUNCTUATION!!! :D

Try SeaFoam, I hear it works well with this sort of thing. Costs about $5.00 at Autozone.

Step 1: Read the Decarbonizing Article
Step 2: Get a bottle or two of "Fuel System Treatment". Should cost about $10. Add it to a tank of good quality gas (I like ethanol blended gas because it also has minor carbon-killing abilities)
Step 3: Drive your car. Then drive it again.. Make the little buzzer go off a few times, vary the revs, and drive it some more. Hard.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 a couple times.
