I'm thinking about buying another 1st gen but the guy says its been sitting for about 6 years so I'm thinking I'm gonna need to replace the fuel tank (or at least clean it out) and replace the fuel lines. He says its also gonna need a carb rebuild.

 

the cheap rebuilt kit is not worth your time.

That sounds relatively inexpensive to me. Does it have relatively good instructions? Any advice as far as the fuel system goes?
