Aeroworks spoiler

I bought this wing a while back....not sure if I want to use it. Does anybody have pics of one bolted on? If I decide not to keep it, I will be open for trades. Still needs prep and paint. Lookin' for pics fellas.

There was a thread like 3 days ago, not even kidding with a track car with one on it.

Ill see if i can find it. Is it the CF or the FG one?

82BUCKET 04-13-08 12:02 AM

Thanks djessence. Not sure if I'm going to keep it....love the look, worried about pressure on mounting screws at speed....

mazdaverx713b 04-13-08 12:19 AM

looks nice. too bad the pic it gives you is for hawk's eyes only....the spoiler kinda reminds me of the IMSA spoiler available from mazda in the IMSA body package.

82BUCKET 04-13-08 12:36 AM

The link to the thread he put on here shows a good pic of the back. I'm more curious as to specifically how it was bolted on. Does look nice though!

j_tso 04-13-08 10:36 PM

Looks like it was riveted like the fender flares.

It is quite old, but this thread is the only lead/info I can even find on this spoiler

82BUCKET 01-25-21 01:23 AM

Contact C7 Carbon. Although it's not on their website, I think they can still make it. BTW - I have one on my turbo car, and it required some surgery to make it fit properly. It was too narrow out-of-the-box. I had to cut it, add doublers, and widen it about 1/4".

You can see evidence of my "thermal issues" in the first pic.
