About to change clutch and tranny...?

Whats up guys, any precautions I should take before starting on my project? The tranny is pretty simple but I never have changed a clutch. Anything special about rx-7 clutches? Also, does anyone know of any helpful websites they can hook me up with? BTW the clutch set Im going to put in is the Beck/Arnley set. Any good? Thanks.

I did a thread on clutch replacement, do a search on it, i don.t remember when i did
it though. As far as beckarnley, they are good clutch sets, they do not make there own products, they buy out oem parts. So more than likely your set-up that you got, at least the disc is made by valeo which is very good. rx7doctor

use the dummy shaft to align it and resurface the flywheel but it's a bear to get off on your back. oh and change the pilot too than grease it then don't force the tranny in it can push the pilot seal out.
