85 gslse power steering conversion
 

What would it take to convert my se to power steering. Obviously the pump, bracket, reservoir, belt, pulley and lines. Is it a totally different rack and steering column also? Thanks

yes, you need the box, pump, lines. there is also a little electrical control box and two relays.

I would think it would be too much of a hassle, too much money in shipping costs and too much time spent hunting down the parts to do the conversion. That's just me though, to each their own :biggrin:

ive done a couple, but we had the cars right next to each other, so its not too bad, it is all plug and play

Yes. Been doing extensive research. Just not worth the hassle imo.
